We are licensed Commercial Agents in New South Wales - Master License CAL0000ll 755.

We are not a general debt collection agency and only provide these services to our client with Credit Insurance of Surety Bonds.

We can assist you and your staff in the following areas:

• Collection of Delinquent Accounts.
• Negotiating repayment arrangements with an outstanding debtor.
• Preparing documentation in respect to any settlement arrangement.
• Keeping your Insurer (Underwriter) informed of any progress on each matter.

Should the matter need to proceed to a court action, then we engage one of our panel of solicitors to handle this matter on client's behalf.

Most Underwriters have their own in-house collection agency and wherever possible we use these services as there is usually no cost to the Client.

In cases where the debt is not insured and or covered by the Underwriters "Collection Policy Guidelines", then we can assist clients in this field.
